(Note $25.00 application fee paid for Seal of Approval is deducted from your entry fee if you decide to submit your book for a Young Voices FoundationTM premier Gold, Silver or Bronze Award at a later date.)
NATIONAL PREMIER AWARDS:
Entry Fees (per title, per category – January 1 until March 31, 2012 (per title, per category) $85
LATE FEE APRIL 1, 2012 -APRIL 30, 2012 (per category) $95.00
Regional Entry ( per title, per category): $60 Regional Late Fee (per category) $70.00
Include completed entry form and check or PayPal receipt in the same package as the books. When entering a title into more than one category, please send entry fee and four copies of the book for each category entered. Failure to include the required number of books will result in disqualification. Entry fee will not be returned.
